Overview
The non-removable horizontal spiral plate heat exchanger is designed according to the standard JB/TQ724-89 non-removable spiral plate heat exchanger form, basic parameters and dimensions. It has simple manufacturing, low cost and small size. It has advantages such as good heat transfer performance, but it also has its shortcomings. For example, it cannot be mechanically cleaned, and it is not easy to repair if it is broken. The user should select specific equipment according to the actual situation of the project.
The end surface of the spiral channel of the I-type non-detachable horizontal spiral plate heat exchanger is sealed by welding, so it has a high sealing performance.
